Delete your account & data

In the app (fastest)

Open SipWiser and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all synced data — profile, sips, sessions, and goals — from our servers. Data stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email contact@sipwiser.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You can delete individual sips or whole sessions inside the app at any time; synced copies are removed as well. To request partial deletion of server-side data (for example your BAC profile), use the same email address above.

What is deleted

Your account (email and user ID)
Your BAC profile (date of birth, sex, weight, height), if you provided one
All sips, sessions, presets, and goals synced to our servers
Push-notification subscriptions
