LIVE ALCOHOL TRACKER · FRIDAY · 20:17

Your night
has a shape.

A live blood-alcohol tracker. Log each sip, watch your curve climb, see the turn coming — before you take it.

Scroll through the night
20:42 · THE FIRST SIP

One tap when it lands in your hand.

No forms, no math. Pick the drink, confirm the size — logged. Go on, tap one.

The curve below just moved. That was you.

21:58 · THE CLIMB

Watch the science, live.

Real pharmacokinetics — the Watson formula, your body, your timing — turned into one honest line.

Computed on-device · offline-first · yours.

23:36 · THE TURN

The turn you can
see coming.

You saw it coming. The next drink didn’t happen.

And you never opened the app — the curve comes to you, on your watch and lock screen.

Sober

Right on time. The line remembers so you don’t have to.

06:53 · SUNRISE

A new day.

The night closed itself out. The line starts fresh — and so do you.

07:04 · MORNING

One night is a story.
Thirty are a pattern.

Weeks become heatmaps. Limits become streaks you keep. Dry challenges get a finish line. And the WHO's AUDIT-C score — read from your own log, not a questionnaire — shows where you stand.

The WHO's three-question screener, scored from your log — never a diagnosis.

SipWiser is built to help you drink less, never more. Streaks are for dry days, never drinking ones. No confetti for a big night. Just the shape of things, drawn honestly.

Common questions

How does SipWiser estimate blood alcohol?

With real pharmacokinetics: the Watson formula uses your body data, each drink you log absorbs on its own curve, and your liver clears alcohol at a steady rate. It's a live BAC estimate, computed on your phone — not a measurement.

Can it tell me when I'll be back to 0.00?

Yes. SipWiser projects your sober time from your curve — "0.00 by 06:42" — and counts it down on your lock screen and watch while you sleep it off.

How do I know where I stand overall?

SipWiser scores the AUDIT-C — the World Health Organization's three-question alcohol screener — from the nights you've already logged, so you get a number and a risk band without answering a questionnaire. It needs about a month of tracking to read reliably, and it's a screening estimate, not a diagnosis.

Does it work offline?

Fully. Every sip is logged and every calculation runs on your device. No signal needed in the bar, no account needed at all — sync is optional.

Which platforms does it run on?

Android and Wear OS today. The iPhone app — with its lock-screen Live Activity — is coming soon. It's free.

Is a BAC estimate safe to drive on?

No. An estimate is never a green light — never drive after drinking, whatever any number says. SipWiser exists to help you drink with awareness, and less.
